Wesley College Inducts 10 in Honor Society
The Wesley College Chapter of Sigma Beta Delta Business Honor Society held its induction ceremony Sunday, March 25. Students were inducted based upon high scholastic achievement, character, and demonstration for future promise. In order to be considered for the honor society, the students need to major in business, be ranked in the upper 20 percent of their junior, senior or master’s class and receive an invitation by a faculty officer. Wesley College Education Faculty Collaborate on Books

Wesley College Student Government Association Funds Upgrades
Wesley College Student Government Association (SGA) President Tanner Polce and SGA Vice President Bryan Zarou present a $62,000 check to Wesley College President Dr. William Johnston and Board of Trustees Chair Charles “Chip” Dashiell. Wesley College Mourns the Passing of Professor
Wesley College mourns the unexpected passing of Associate Professor of Legal Studies Flora Hessling. A beloved faculty member for the past 16 years, Hessling died Sunday Feb. 5. Services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 11 at the Torbert Funeral Home located at 61 South Bradford Street in Dover (one block south of campus). Wesley College Students' Undergraduate Research in Chemistry Published
Two Wesley College students will have their undergraduate research in chemistry published. Jaci Knapp (B.S. Biology, 2011) and Gabriel Fernandez-Bueno (B.S. Biological Chemistry, Honors program) completed an INBRE/EPSCoR –supported organic chemistry research project under the direction of Dr. Malcolm D’Souza, professor of chemistry at Wesley. Journey of the Spirit: A Celebration of African American Heritage through Music
The Wesley College Chorus, the Delaware Symphony Orchestra, and the Delaware State University Chorus will join together to bring Journey of the Spirit: A Celebration of African American Heritage through Music to the Schwartz Center stage on Friday, Febrary 17.
