Wesley Society Celebrates Member Support
Wesley College showed its appreciation to its most generous contributors on Saturday night, January 12, 2013, with a reception and dinner held at the Sheraton Dover Hotel. Approximately 130 guests attended the gala to celebrate the third year for the Wesley Society, which recognizes high level donors giving to Wesley College. “Frankie V. Day at the Track” Fundraiser Slated to Support Wesley College Scholarships
Wesley College alumni have organized a fundraiser to help memorialize Westfield, NJ resident Frank Vasfailo III ’95 who was tragically killed in a car crash in April 2010. From noon until 5 p.m. on Sunday, September 25 will be “Frankie V. Day at the Track.” The first-time event will be held at Monmouth Park Race Track in Oceanport, New Jersey. Wesley College Institutional Giving Increases by 63 Percent
Wesley College’s Office of Institutional Advancement announced an overall increase of 63 percent in total giving to the College during the last fiscal year. Financial gifts to the Dover college increased from $738,794 to $1,206,450 in the 2010-11 fiscal year.
