Welcome to Wesley College's Academic Affairs webpage! In this section, you will find information about the range of academic programs at both the undergraduate and graduate level. You will also find helpful information about the many programs we offer to support your success, from the writing and tutoring center to career development. At Wesley, we educate the whole person so you will have multiple learning opportunities both in and outside the classroom.
One of the highlights of a Wesley College education is the opportunity to collaborate with a faculty mentor on undergraduate research. No matter what your major is, our faculty is ready to get you engaged early in your studies. Often these collaborations result in presenting at conferences, Scholars Day or co-publishing, positioning you well for graduate school or careers.
In fall 2014, we are implementing a new core curriculum. The program is designed to give you the skills, knowledge and dispositions to be successful at Wesley and beyond. In the first level, you will learn essential skills that will be developed over your four years. In the second level, you take integrative courses in the liberal arts and at the third level, you will study an interdisciplinary "concentration" on values like ethical living or understanding diversity.
We have an excellent faculty who are experts in their field and passionate about teaching. Your education at Wesley will be in a community where you know your instructors and they know you. It will be high quality, challenging and engaging.
