Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT)
The Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree program is for those with a four year degree who wish to become a certified middle or secondary school teacher. Upon program completion, our MAT candidates graduate with a "highly qualified" designation by the state of Delaware. The MAT is designed to be completed in three semesters and a summer and is offered at the Dover campus.
