Wesley College provides a guided mentoring program during Spring Semester for first-year students whose GPA falls below 2.0 at the end of the Fall Semester. Students are placed on academic probation per the college catalog and are enrolled in a semester length workshop called Academic Success 2.0. Targeted at self-reflection and strategies for academic improvement, Academic Success 2.0, guides students to review their past study habits and create plans for academic improvement. In addition to the weekly workshop, probationary students will be required to complete study hours in the ARC, and receive tutoring in targeted subjects during the probationary period. Throughout the semester, ARP students meet with their Academic Success 2.0 facilitators to create a plan to improve their academic standing.
