Brionna Johnson Named CAC Player of the Week

Wesley College's Brionna Johnson has been named the Capital Athletic Conference Player of the Week, it was announced by the league office on Monday afternoon. This is the first time this season that Johnson, last year's CAC Rookie of the Year, has earned Player of the Week honors. A sophomore from Smyrna, Del., Johnson recorded game-highs with 19 points and 11 rebounds in the Wolverines 71-64 victory at Arcadia. Drass, Petrose Headline ECAC South All-Star Team

Wesley College head coach Mike Drass and defensive end Aamir Petrose shared Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III South Coach of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year honors, respectively, it was announced by the league office on Monday afternoon. Drass shared coaching honors with Widener's Mike Kelley while Petrose shared the defensive player award with Nadim Raddar of Bethany.
