Biology Students Present Research at Symposium

This summer biology majors Amber Wiltbank and Jonie Woodard completed a 9-week NSF-funded Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) at Delaware State University. The program trained students in Molecular Genetics and Genomics. The experience concluded with a symposium during which students presented posters of their research results. Dr. Lynn Everett, professor of biology, served as their academic mentor. This was Wesley’s sixth year of participation in the REU.
