Wesley College Hosts Luncheon for Schwartz Center for the Arts Volunteers

Wesley College President Dr. William N. Johnston and his wife Susan hosted a luncheon at the Annie Jump Cannon House to thank the Schwartz Center for the Arts volunteers for their dedication. Wesley College is part of a strategic alliance that was formed in 2004 to collaborate the resources of Wesley, Delaware State University, and The Friends of the Capitol Theater, to maximize usage and position of the historic treasure as the premiere performing arts center in Central Delaware. Since 2007, Wesley has been an equal partner in the operation, management and programming of the Schwartz Center for the Arts. Several Wesley programs are held at the historic theater each year.
