Ten undergraduates complete NIH & NSF sponsored summer internships in chemistry at Wesley

Two long-term multi-institution interdisciplinary federal grants have been instrumental in growing the diverse STEM undergraduate research capacity at Wesley. Burris Named CAC Woman of the Year Nominee

Wesley College senior multi-sport standout Tristin Burris, named last week as the Capital Athletic Conference Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year, was selected by the CAC Directors of Athletics as the conference's 2013 NCAA Woman of the Year program candidate.

Wesley Cares Raises Funds

When Wesley student Ashley Pierce’s family home was destroyed by a fire, her volleyball teammates stepped up to help. They initiated the Wesley Cares campaign as a campus-wide effort to support her in her time of need. The College community rallied together to support one of their own, providing cash and gift cards so she and her family could replace household goods and basic resources lost in the fire. The College’s Spring Commencement activities will begin with Baccalaureate at the Schwartz Center in downtown Dover at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, May 10, 2013. Wesley College Secures $100,000 Grant for Endowed Scholarship

The Matthew C. Sellitto Foundation awarded a grant of $100,000 to Wesley College.  The donation will be used as an endowed fund to provide support to underprivileged students from urban environments attending Wesley College.
