Wesley Students Attend National Conference

Wesley College students, Catherine Gross, Kasey Thompson, and Karri-Jo Walls, presented their undergraduate research on Feb 15 at American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL. This was the first time Wesley students presented at an AAAS conference. All three students competed against undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. students in their selected categories. Wesley College announced Dr. Ray Yin, founder and CEO of ANP Technologies, will be the speaker at the 2014 Commencement ceremony. Wesley Graduate Named National Assistant Principal of the Year

Courtney (Walpole) Voshell '03 graduated from Wesley’s education program and went on to earn her master and doctoral degrees while a teacher and administrator in the Capital School District. On February 8, Voshell was named National Assistant Principal for Secondary Schools by the National Assoc. of School Administrators. "Courtney is an exemplary change agent, she has definitely instituted positive change at Dover High School," said Professor of Education Dr. B. Patricia Patterson.

New Semester Brings Newly Opened Building for Wesley College

Wesley College is breathing new life into an old building in Dover. Monday was the first day of classes for the semester and the first day of classes ever at the school's new Health Sciences Building.Until 2009 the space was the Frear Federal Building.
