Wesley College's Will Mileski has been named the Capital Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Co-Rookie of the Year, it was announced by the league office on November 13. Mileski is the first Wolverine to earn CAC Rookie of the Year honors and he was also named to the conference's second team.
Wesley College's Madison Leone has repeated as the Capital Athletic Conference Field Hockey Co-Player of the Year. Leone, who shares the honor with Christopher Newport's Belle Tunstall, is the third Wolverine in four years (Brooke Tadlock in 2010) to earn CAC Player of the Year honors.

The Wesley College women's lacrosse team was one of 86 NCAA Division III teams to be recognized as an Academic Squad for the 2013 season. Every school with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher earned Academic Squad honors, and the Wolverines were one of just four Capital Athletic Conference members to receive the award.
Wesley College's fall sports have finalized their schedules for the 2013 season. The Wolverines' 2013-14 sport season officially commences on August 30th as the field hockey team, led by 19th-year head coach Tracey Short, travels to Juniata while the men's soccer team travels to Newport News, Va. for a pair of games against Va. Wesleyan and Randolph-Macon College.
Former Wesley College football standout Bryan Robinson had a big week as he was named First Team All-Arena and his Philadelphia Soul defeated the Jacksonville Sharks, 75-59, to earn a trip to Arena Bowl XXVI, which was played on August 17.
