Deadlines

When we receive your SOAR Registration Form you will receive a session confirmation email you should bring with you on your assigned day. This email will include your assigned SOAR date, check-in time and schedule for the day.

If you have not received your SOAR confirmation email by one week prior to the earliest Orientation date you selected, please contact the Office of Student Affairs at orientation(at)wesley.edu or (302)736-2506.

If you received an extension on your Admissions acceptance deadline and you register after May 1st, complete the SOAR Registration Form within FIVE DAYS of your deposit so that we can promptly process your Orientation session date request.

Health Insurance

Domestic, full-time and international students, who are currently insured by a health insurance policy, may waive out of the Wesley College Basic Student Health Insurance Plan or the Wesley College Mandatory International Plan with proof of comparable coverage. Online waivers must be completed by the waiver deadline (see below). Failure to meet the waiver deadline will result in the student being responsible for the insurance premium. You will receive a confirmation number and an email verifying you have completed the waiver process.

Health Forms
All required health forms are due no later than Wednesday, August 1st, 2012 If the required forms are not submitted by this due date, a $100.00 fee will be assessed to the student’s account.  This fee will be charged per semester until all required forms are submitted to the Wellness Center.

All required forms include:

• Student Health History Form
• Immunization Form
• Meningitis Waiver Form
• Copy of Insurance Card
